About Crown Housing Association

The Association is a Registered Social Landlord with charitable status operating on a 'not for profit' basis.

We are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations and manage our administration efficiently.   We are also registered under the Industrial & Provident Societies as an exempt charity.

We provide homes for:

• families
• couples and single people
• older people
• people with physical disabilities

The Board of Management – all volunteers – includes tenants and is responsible for the overall strategy of the Association, but the day-to-day work is carried out by our highly trained and skilled staff of 14 at the Cheam and Glasgow offices and sheltered housing schemes.
