General needs housing for families in London

All of our family housing in London is leased to the Association by the Metropolitan Police Authority.   The leases will be ending between 2011 and 2015 so tenancies are let on assured shortholds.

There are 14 estates, varying in size from 6 to 40 flats/houses, with 2 or 3* bedrooms, gas central heating, double-glazed windows, entryphone and communal gardens.   They are within easy reach of public transport and shops.

The housing is located in the following boroughs:  Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Ealing, Greenwich, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Lambeth, Lewisham and Merton.  

* Please note:  Our waiting list for 3 bedroom properties are closed.  Wimbledon, Harrow, Islington and Adelaide Road are no longer available for general needs family housing either.
