You can report a repair online, by email or by phone– see details below.   Please give as much information as you can:

• Your name, address and contact telephone number
• Where and what the fault is

Other ways to report a repair

During office hours:
If you live in sheltered housing – report the repair to your Scheme Manager

Outside office hours (emergencies only):
Go to the Emergencies page or if you are in sheltered or amenity housing, pull your alarm cord.
