Other Maintenance

Cyclical
This covers external decoration of the property and internal decoration of shared hallways, staircases and communal areas where applicable.   Cyclical maintenance is normally carried out every 5 years.

Renewal or Major Repairs
These include roofs, walls, rewiring, and replacement of windows, central heating boilers and lifts.

The programme is determined by the Stock Condition Survey and finance available in any one year.

Improvements
These could be the installation of door entry systems, security lighting and improving the environment of estates.
