Problems with payment of your rent

You are responsible for ensuring that your rent is paid in full and on time. However, the Association will always be happy to assist should any problems arise in terms of claiming housing benefit and other welfare benefits to which you may be entitled.

If your rent is persistently in arrears, the Association will have no alternative but to take action, which may result in the loss of your home.
