How to Pay Your Rent

Rent is always due monthly in advance. This means you need to pay no later than the first day of each month.

By Standing Order from your Bank Account

This is the easiest way to pay your rent. Once you have set up the standing order, you can be confident that your rent will be paid. You will be given a standing order mandate as part of the sign up process, or at any time thereafter upon request. You will also be advised how much your monthly payments will be. Always put your address or full name as a reference so we can identify the payment as yours. If you prefer, however, you may also pay by cheque to be sent direct to Head Office at Cheam or request a paying-in book to use at your local bank.
