Please give as much detail as possible about the repair you are reporting. This will help us to deal with it more effectively.
Please note:
- We may need to inspect the problem first.
- We may ask the contractor to carry out the work immediately.
- The contractor will normally contact you to arrange a suitable time for access
- You will be sent a copy of the repair order which will include the name of the contractor and access arrangements.
- Please ensure an adult is there to let the contractor in, but if you are unable to keep the appointment please let the contractor know in plenty of time, otherwise you will be charged for a missed appointment.
- If repairs are not completed by the date shown on the repair order form, please let us know.
- You will be sent a customer satisfaction form giving you the opportunity to provide feedback on the quality of the service received.
