A purpose-built block of 18 one-bedroom flats is situated on the other side of the garden.   There is also a 1-bedroom wheelchair user's bungalow.

All flats have gas central heating, entryphone and a 24-hour emergency alarm system.   A non-resident Scheme Manager is on site Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.  

There is a large well-maintained garden, conservatory and a laundry room.

The site is situated a few minutes walk from a good selection of local shops, swimming pool, buses, underground and a community centre, The Roundhouse.
